About the Role: As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide vital support to our team of Principal Coordinators, helping to drive operational excellence within a larger department of 25 members. Your contributions will be key in ensuring seamless processes and effective communication across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Sample Management: Coordinate with our central sample warehouse to streamline processes and provide round-the-clock support to stakeholders. Regulatory Support: Assist key affiliates with technical requests and document management, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Report Preparation: Prepare daily reports on stock, margins, and orders to support Principal Coordinator KPIs. Data Management: Work in line with Group targets to clean up existing product data efficiently. System Optimisation: Support ongoing system testing, implementation, and process reviews. Tableau Reporting: Utilise our Tableau reporting platform to assist the team in data analysis and visualisation.
