The Building Manager will ensure all VP Offices buildings are well-maintained, clean, and presentable while overseeing maintenance, cleanliness, and Health & Safety compliance. This includes acting as a Senior Fire Evacuation Marshal and DSE Assessor, conducting regular site inspections and audits, and keeping accurate records to address any issues.
The role involves managing storage facilities, ensuring adequate refreshment and stationery supplies, overseeing postal distribution, and maintaining furnishing provisions. Kitchens and tea points should be well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, and consumables, while meeting rooms are kept clean, functional and accessibility should be ensured throughout the building.
About you
The ideal candidate will also have previous experience of office and/or building management across a varied site and a good understanding of general office and administration procedures. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for this role. This role is not eligible for hybrid working and any successful applicants will need to work on site full time.
