We are looking for a Band 6 Substance Misuse Outreach Nurse to join our HR Team. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Working as part of an integrated substance misuse team to deliver both clinical and psychosocial interventions at the Medway service in Kent. The service is delivered 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Ideally we would be looking for a Nurse with access to their own vehicle and full clean driving license as they may need to attend home visits Essential criteria for this role NMC registered (active NMC pin) Experience in Substance Misuse considered Ability to work with vulnerable adults presenting complex needs As we recognise this role is advertised as full time we would also consider part time applications.
