I am looking for personal care for a Woman

My mum spends most of her time on her own and usually sits in front of the TV.
She would welcome a new person to see her during the day for a chat, to
encourage her to eat her lunch properly and possibly motivate her to do some sort
of gentle exercise like a short walk or some sitting Pilates. She sometimes likes
knitting, but she enjoys helping with household tasks the most, which makes her
feel useful.
Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Clinical tasks
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
My Mum speaks Polish, so looking for a native Polish speaker.
Additional requirements
Non-smoker due to medical reasons, Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to
refrain from smoking during working hours, Vulnerable to the risk of infection and
disease transmission.

Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be
