They deliver a range of new build and refurbishment projects across the leisure, education, commercial and retail sectors, with project values ranging from £200k - £15m.
Projects include; Hotels, Schools, Care Homes.
About The Role
You will be an experienced construction site manager with a proven track record of delivering construction projects from breaking ground to final handover.
Previous experience specifically building care homes and hotels would be beneficial, but an all-round good knowledge of building processes and a proven track record of building projects up to £10m in value as Number 1 Site Manager would be acceptable for the role.
Role & Responsibilities Include
Providing leadership
Ensuring construction works run to a strict programme
Maintain strict quality control procedures
Management of change - Client / Company / Supply Chain
Be involved in regular site meetings with all parties
Conducting regular site safety checks
Review methods of working, alternative materials etc
Coaching and motivating the site team
What You Need to Succeed
Detailed knowledge of building regulations
Experience in project planning
Experience in controlling sub contractor packages
Professional Qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
Competent using Asta Power Project
Strong leadership & management skills
Commercial & Financial awareness
