We have a new position for a Bid Administrator to work alongside our Bid Manager to provide administration duties to support the completion of bids & tenders.
General duties include:
1. Co-ordination of responses to pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ).
2. Assist in collating draft documents & researching additional information for submission.
3. Collate proposal documents using library/information stores/search engines/corporate directories.
4. Learn and assist with Bid submissions when needed.
5. Maintain records of successful bids for future reference.

1. Good verbal and written communication skills & ability to communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels of the business.
2. Present a positive professional image of the company with all employees, customers & suppliers.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple activities simultaneously & prioritise own & other workloads.
4. Ability to meet defined deadlines and set own milestones to manage workload.
5. Ability to build rapport and trust.
