We’re looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our high performing People Support Team on a temporary basis. As a core function, we play a valuable role in the successful growth of the company by ensuring that our end-to-end process from talent attraction through to on-boarding is best in class.
This is a temporary role for a minimum period of 6 months depending on business requirements.
You will be a professional and commercially astute individual who is passionate about people engagement, culture, performance and recruiting the best talent.
“Manage and improve the full end to end recruitment process from advertising, sourcing and through to on-boarding to retain quality candidates.
Proactively recruiting high performing talent through an inclusive and fair recruitment process using a variety of methods including LinkedIn.
Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
Assist with writing of job adverts, interview documents and marketing material.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our people across the Chess Group.
Assist with the continuous improvement of the interview and recruitment assessment process.
Continuous development of the recruitment process to address departmental needs and skills gaps.
Building a talent pipeline for roles within the business and ensure we are remaining creative, innovative and supporting continuous growth.
Provide accurate and valuable recruitment information and reports to the Head of People Support.
Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and employees that have left.

Hybrid working position – there will be a requirement to attend our Alderley Edge Office for a minimum of two days per week.
Allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK. Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
