What the Job Involves This role requires you to manage a caseload and perform community care and safeguarding assessments for complex cases. You will ensure the safeguarding of adults and children, promoting well-being while managing risks. Key tasks include providing support to access services, liaising with various agencies, recording and analyzing information, offering expert opinion, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. You will also provide casework supervision and mentor junior staff, contributing to service planning and development.
