About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Brent. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in providing essential support to both students and teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. • Leading small group activities and interventions across KS1 and KS2. • Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays. • Working with students 1:1 and in small groups to boost their confidence and understanding. • Covering classes and managing behaviour in the absence of the teacher.
