Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate customer engagement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and experience
* Support the Assistant Director of Customer in championing customer voice and feedback
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Estuary Housing Association as a Customer Engagement Manager and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer engagement initiatives, supporting the Assistant Director of Customer, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
