Job Description Responsibilities:- Assist with workshop scheduling and tracking. Facilitate weekly production meetings. Interface with the other business functions to assist the planning process. Build strong relationships with all personnel within the business. Preparation of job packages. Purchasing of components required to fulfil jobs. Expedite all supplier Purchase Orders and carry out vendor reviews. Create all necessary shipping documentation (domestic and international). Support the logistics and workshop departments with all operational activities. Support the QHSE function in attaining ISO Certification. Organise Ad hoc meeting administration - agenda, minutes & follow up. Any other ad-hoc duties deemed suitable. Skills:- Demonstrate a practical knowledge of planning, tracking & reporting. Previous scheduling experience desirable. Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations. Excellent organisation and time keeping skills, working to deadlines. Confident communication skills. Standards, systems, procedures and process focused. Willingness to help/assist other team members. Experienced/confident in using Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Sage 200 preferred. A good level of education commensurate with the role.
