The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering, design management, and site supervision, with proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation and strong communication skills. The position is based in London. Experience - Extensive experience in Civil Engineering and working on large-scale infrastructure projects. - Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and experience with programme and risk management, including cost control and reporting. - Familiarity with civil engineering specifications and testing requirements. - Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering (Degree/HNC or equivalent). - CSCS card mandatory. - IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certification. - Temporary Works Coordinator training. - Confined space certification. - Strong communication and team management skills. - Ability to challenge designs and resolve issues effectively. - Proven leadership to align teams with company values and maintain high standards of compliance. - Knowledge of Microsoft Project software and relevant contract forms (JCT, NEC). Job Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and scope. Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and meetings. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate site activities, including resource allocation and conflict resolution. Documents review, comments and approval. Design documents & drawings structures, check and approval.
