Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re needed to work on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. About the Role
To be a successful Delivery Team Member, you will ensure perfect stock availability for our customers by:
* Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and stock placement
* Ensuring all stock is well-presented and correctly placed on the sales floors or stored in stockrooms
* Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in operational areas of the store
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers from both back and front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
* Collaborating as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers
