Conduct research to identify and pre-qualify potential customers, initiating contact through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) Maintain accurate CRM records, moving qualified leads through the pipeline and connecting them with appropriate sales experts when needed. Present company products and capabilities effectively, developing and maintaining good customer relationships to identify growth opportunities - all training provided on products & uses.
