Salary £37,100 - £46,300 depending on experience

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Bupa Global. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of compelling marketing communications and campaigns for our international health insurance proposition, supporting intermediaries, SME and Corporate clients and B2C customers across multiple markets.
As part of our collaborative and fast-paced marketing team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to plan, develop and deliver effective campaigns that put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
How you’ll help us make health happen
1. Support the development and delivery of go-to-market strategies and plans across UK Market segments.
2. Produce marketing assets, including copywriting, creative development, and production, ensuring alignment with our brand position.
3. Manage the creation and delivery of online and offline campaign materials across all promotional channels.
4. Analyse data and produce campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Provide sales teams (B2C and B2B) with marketing collateral and content to support prospect conversion.
6. Conduct market research and gather insights to inform marketing plans.
7. Set up, manage, and optimise campaign performance, tracking against agreed KPIs.
8. Assist in the delivery of assets, content writing and media management through relevant agencies (creative, media, PR or event) to meet timelines and specifications.
9. Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend improvements for positive ROI.
10. Populate weekly and monthly reports for performance reporting.
11. Ensure all marketing assets are compliant and approved as per marketing compliance requirements.
12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, insurance partners and wider marketing teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation of B2B and B2C campaigns.

14. Are a self-starter, naturally proactive and confident taking ownership of projects and acting on your own initiative.
15. Have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing communications, with experience working in a global, regulated environment (preferably financial services, Healthcare, or Insurance).
16. Are customer-focused, with a genuine interest in creating clear, engaging and compliant communications that deliver value.
17. Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
18. Are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels.
19. Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work to deadline.
