Job summary The post holder is an integral part of the estates team, focused on driving transformation by improving the primary care environment for patients receiving their care and treatment. Focusing on capacity and effective utilisation of current estate as well as planning new solutions whilst achieving value for money. Main duties of the job The post holder: Has estates project management responsibility of a portfolio of 'places', their PCNs and primary care estates Project manages the operation of corporate headquarters accommodation, including changes/rationalisation Operational management of estates input in ad hoc system wide programmes such as the covid vaccination response Deputises for the Head of Estates when required The post holder has a strong track record of project management and displays high levels of initiative, together with the ability to work calmly under pressure both as an individual and as part of a team and undertake duties with minimum supervision who can act autonomously when required. The post holder is a forward-thinking problem solver, with the ability to multitask to balance their workload and its competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They are a completer/finisher with strong networking and relationship management skills. About us The post holder will be required to work from home at least 50% of the time if possible, but expected to attend site visits throughout the Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and Bassetlaw area.
