Rural Chartered Surveyor
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced in the rural sector and especially property/estate management with good communication skills.
1. MRICS with experience in delivering work across a range of projects and asset classes. Candidates at any point in their professional career will be considered.
2. FAAV and RICS Registered Valuer status desirable.
3. Ability to build relationships with existing & new clients - generating new opportunities.
4. Good time management and ability to prioritise complex workloads. Ability to meet deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. For those with a few years' experience; managing and developing a team around you, with the ability to help grow talent within the business.

The Role
6. Undertake the primary day-to-day relationship role with Estate Management clients.
7. Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial and residential properties.
8. Manage financial matters, and provide reporting on budgeting and performance.
9. Manage Estate employees.
10. Provide concise, practical and reasoned advice to Clients at all times.
11. Undertake other professional work such as planning and valuation where appropriate.
12. Undertaking business reviews with a clear understanding of asset performance.
13. Advising on and identifying diversification projects for clients.
