As a Deputy Manager you’ll support and supervise a Supported Living Team under the guidance of the Registered Manager, ensuring the efficient and professional running of our service.

You’ll need proven experience in…
1. The learning disability or supported living care sector at a similar level
2. NVQ level 3 or above in Health & Social care
3. Managing a Team
4. Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills
5. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
6. Understanding person centred care and support provision
7. The ability to prioritise and multitask at all times
8. IT and rota systems (desirable)
All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
