Automotive Consultancy are looking for a HR SuccessFactors Systems Lead to work closely with the People Team to deliver a HR System that represents their needs as well as work with stakeholders across the business to deliver a functional HR System. This role will report to the Head of Applications but work closely with the HR/People Team and other key stakeholders in the business.
This is a permanent role based in Warwickshire and will require occasional travel to the office.
THE ROLE
The HRIS Lead will be responsible for:
* Provide thought leadership and design insight for the SuccessFactors system, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding
* Integrate SuccessFactors modules whilst managing BAU activities.
* Be a strategic advisor to the People Team to offer insight into how they can use SuccessFactors to make their roles more efficient to recruit & onboard new employees.
* Develop a clear roadmap from inception to delivery for the HR system.
* Supporting ongoing development aligned with business requirements.
* Plan and execute short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for SuccessFactors.
* Manage a team of 3 who will also be working on improving the HR Systems for the organisation.
