As our Field Service Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our field engineers and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are optimally scheduled and that customers receive a seamless service. If you're ready to make a real operational impact, this is the role for you.
What You Are Already Great At:
Scheduling & Planning – Analysing routes, optimising schedules, and ensuring the best coverage.
Communication – Supporting engineers, subcontractors, and Customer Service staff with appointments, availability, and queries.
Systems Management – Maintaining the job management system, processing parts orders, and ensuring jobs are scheduled and downloaded accurately.
Crisis Handling – Proactively managing sickness or absences to minimise disruption to customers.
Problem Solving – Identifying productivity gaps and suggesting process improvements.

* Proven background in a fast-paced admin or operations role (scheduling experience a bonus!)
