Chemtest is part of Eurofins; we are an award winning company providing routine analytical services and bespoke specialist testing throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Our staff are employed across a number of strategically placed locations, all utilising the latest technologies. Our laboratories are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and, where applicable the Environment Agency MCERTS Performance Standard for soils.
Job Description
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
* Be the primary point of contact for your allocated accounts
* Provide a pivotal role linking all aspects of the business together to ensure an exceptional client experience
* Reviewing work submitted to the Laboratory to ensure it has been logged correctly and according to client requirements
* Ensure clear and timely communiucation with your clients on the progress of their projects
* Develop and maintain relationships with your allocated accounts.
* Responsible for managing all service concerns or queries in accordance with the Eurofins Chemtest Quality System
* Retain business from your allocated accounts
* Identify new opportunities for growth within your allocated accounts
* Support the onboarding of new accounts
* Responsible for renewing quotations within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
* Follow up on all quotations generated for your accounts providing clear feedback on quote conversion rates
* Update and document all client communications within Eurofins CRM system
* Maintaining an effective and dynamic knowledge base of competitors' activities within CRM
* Carry out reasonable actions and duties as required by the business
* Attend networking/ marketing and other industry events within and outside of contracted hours
* Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the business
* Actively promoting the business both externally and internally
* Maintaining confidentiality
* To comply with all the Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role, and perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Eurofins Chemtest Business
* Understand to a high level of aptitude all Eurofins digital systems and tools

* Science degree or equivalent (Desirable)
Skills/Experience: -
* Experience working in a customer facing role, preferably within an ISO17025 accredited laboratory and/or within the environmental sectorExcellent communication skills (written & oral)
* Highly Organised

* Ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
* MS Office – Intermediate
