Customer Service and Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain for your division to take ownership of, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our separate technology platform offering. Additionally, you will focus on inside sales to assist generating leads and prospects to support our Sales Team. This role requires a proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused approach to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customers’ requests, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
* Process and monitor sales orders, providing timely updates throughout the supply chain.
* Manage stock levels and process purchase orders efficiently.
* Communicate with third-party logistics, warehousing partners, and suppliers to arrange goods and deliveries.
* Manage customer accounts proactively, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
* Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotes and gathering prospect contacts.
* Support and handle lead generation initiatives, currently setting up an internal AI solution, to enhance prospecting.
* Track website engagement and identify potential customer opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and colleagues.
* Update accurately and maintain internal SCM systems/databases.
