Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage existing exhibitors and secure new ones through the allocation and sale of exhibition space at their premier events, including their flagship show in Southampton. This role demands strong account management, proactive sales skills, and a knack for problem-solving, especially in floorplan design and space optimisation.
Events Account Manager key responsibilities:
Selling and Allocating Exhibition Space
Allocate and sell exhibition space at our client's events.
Identify and secure new exhibitors while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Achieve revenue targets for each event as outlined in the annual P&L.
Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.
Conduct proactive sales calls (no cold calling), meetings, and relationship-building activities.
Handle exhibitor issues professionally, ensuring smooth event planning and execution.
Manage and optimise floor plans, ensuring effective space utilisation.
Continuously enhance the sales process to improve exhibitor engagement.
