Assistant VM Project Manager Our Visual Merchandising team are now looking for an Assistant VM Project Manager to join the team in assisting and overseeing the full lifecycle of all Harrods visual installations, brand pop ups and partnerships takeovers. Providing support to the VM Project Manager you will have a proven experience in VM operations and project management, ideally within a luxury fast paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. About the Role The Assistant VM Project Manager will work alongside the VM Project Manager to organise and execute VM creative installations, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met and quality and standards of execution achieved. They support at each key milestone of visual project management from brief initiation, planning, execution and budget management. Our Assistant VM Project Manager will also co-ordinate sign-off of builds and projects, such as exterior builds and activations, with external structural engineers and H&S advisors, collating all RAMS and sign-off emails in dedicated folders/ trackers. They will create and manage critical paths to ensure all key milestones of projects are captured and delivered on time. Please note that due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement to work outside of store opening hours, including late nights, weekends and bank holidays. The role also requires lifting and working at heights. About You You will be an individual with strong multitasking, operational and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both within Harrods and with external brand partners, suppliers and professional bodies. An impeccable attention to detail, excellent time management and flexibility with work hours form a fundamental part of this role. You will also have: The ability to multitask and work across multiple projects, with proven experience working in a visual merchandising function and delivering a variety successful projects. Excellent planning and organising skills, ideally with previous project management experience. The ability to work independently as well as within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric and focused mindset. Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
