Key Responsibilities as a Administrator - Part Time: Reporting directly to the Operations Director Managing daily administrative tasks using Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Documents Handling fundraising letters and general inbox management Performing bookkeeping tasks, including inputting receipts and maintaining financial records Clearing the backlog of associated administrative tasks Overseeing office administration processes to ensure smooth operations. Candidate Requirements as a Administrator - Part Time: Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident working with numbers and maintaining accuracy.
