The Role: Teaching Assistant (SEN)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both students and tutors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in lesson delivery and adapting materials to suit individual learning needs.
* Providing 1:1 support and small group guidance to enhance student engagement.
* Using positive behaviour support strategies to encourage participation.
* Supporting students in both classroom and community-based learning activities.
* Helping to develop learning resources tailored to students’ communication needs.
