Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
As the Project Mobilisation Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming care and support delivery. Your role will not only involve managing and coordinating the mobilisation of new support provisions but also ensuring that every transition is seamless and person-centered. You will:
* Drive Innovation: Implement best practices and innovative solutions that enhance support delivery and improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs.
* Foster Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including business development Manager, operational leaders, quality, earning development, recruitment and finance team and external partners, to ensure that all aspects of the mobilisation process are aligned and effective.
* Champion Quality: Lead initiatives that prioritise quality assurance and compliance, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care and support.
* Empower Teams: Motivate and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
* Measure Success: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of mobilisations and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: Proven experience in mobilising services within a social care setting or leading services for individuals with complex and non-complex support needs.
Qualifications: Relevant operational management qualification or equivalent experience in social care.
Skills:
1. Strong financial management skills and the ability to lead cross-organisational change.
2. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
3. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
Knowledge:
1. Understanding of social care legislation, CQC requirements, and local authority processes.
2. Familiarity with risk management practices and quality assurance frameworks.
3. Knowledge of Coquet Trust’s mission and values.

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, innovative approach to challenges.
