Senior Secretarial Services Manager
Leading US law is hiring a new Senior Secretarial Services Manager to manage and be responsible for the Legal PAs and support functions of their London office and Europe offices.

Senior Secretarial Services Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Coach, manage and lead the firm’s secretaries and evening secretaries.
* Monitoring and managing workload and ongoing secretarial and administrative needs of the business.
* Work closely with the Head of Operations and HR/Recruitment on designing recruitment assessments and interviewing candidates.
* Liaise with Finance and HR on annual budgets.
* Work with the Head of Operations and Head of HR to lead the implementation of a best-in-class organisation structure and processes for the secretarial function.
* Develop a competency framework, and training programme for secretaries and manage its implementation.
Senior Secretarial Services Manager Key Skills & Requirements:
* Previous Secretarial Management or Office Management experience from a law firm.
* Experience in change management.
* Experience of dealing with performance related issues.
