3 month fixed term contract
As the packing team member you will be trained to pack any manufacturing item within the business unit. You’ll predominantly work within the packing area, but may be required to collect or deliver products either within the rest of Noble Metals production areas or PGMR site. Role has potential to develop into the inspection department after training and experience.

Your responsibilities:
1. Develop a strong understanding of the packing process at NM Royston.
2. Pack all items appropriately, securely and safely.
3. Adheres to and supports EHS principles to ensure that EHS is given top priority and good practice is followed at all times.
4. Identifies and participates EHS improvements with focus on reducing lost time accidents, injuries and near misses.
5. Works with the group through effective communication and acts in accordance with Johnson Matthey policies and identifies and raises continuous improvement initiatives
6. To take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Requirements for the role:
7. Strong Health and Safety awareness
8. Experience working in logistics or packing environment is highly desirable
9. Highly organised and planned approach
10. Strong Team player and enjoys working with others
11. Eye for detail and quality focused attitude
12. High levels of ownership and takes responsibility for initiating action
