You will be working within our Young Peoples Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS).
Our (YPP) Young People’s Pathway offers young people the necessary support, advice, and mediation to enable them to stay in their present accommodation. If it is not possible for someone to remain at home, we have a variety of accommodation options to suit their needs.
Our (RACS) Resettlement and Community Safety provides housing-related support services for high and medium-risk offenders across North Yorkshire. Our mission is to empower individuals by helping them access suitable accommodation or maintain their current homes, thereby reducing the risk of reoffending and preventing homelessness.
As a Housing Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in addressing the individual needs of our clients, ensuring property maintenance, void turnaround, and conducting health and safety checks.

• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience of working in a client focused environment.
• Strong teamworking capabilities which help to achieve common goals.
• Good interpersonal skills including listening and display empathy.
