We are currently working in partnership with well-established charity based in Northamptonshire, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC basis. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go permanent in the new year. The salary range for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and/or have significant demonstrable working in HR and have strong and up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Working in collaboration with the Head of HR to provide HR expertise and advice to managers and employees, and coach managers to support individual and team performance
2. Partnering with teams and managers to proactively identify opportunities to resolve people challenges and deliver innovative solutions
3. Providing professional and effective support and guidance on change management including redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, mergers etc.
4. Effectively managing employee relations matters including absence, capability, disciplinary, and grievance resolution, and escalate to the Head of HR where required
5. Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive and accessible range of policies and procedures that are fit for purpose, legally compliant, and in line with the values of the Association
