Position: Part-Time Payroll and HR Administrator Duration: 10 months (potentially 12/13 months) Start: ASAP Salary: £33,000 FTE Hours: 24-28 hours per week, 6-7 hours per day across 4 days (1 day from home) Flexibility: Flexible days and flexitime with start and finish times (start by 10am) Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Input submission, overtime processing, and monthly changes. HR Metrics Reporting: Generate and analyse various HR reports. HR Inbox Management: Handle and respond to HR-related queries. Contract Processing: Manage and process contract changes. Reward Administration Required Experience: CIPD Level 3 Certification (desirable not essential) Previous HR Administration Experience IT Skills Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate payroll and reporting tasks.
