Here at Chessington World of Adventures, we are preparing for our 2025 season, and we are recruiting for a High Ropes Team Leader to join the team As a High Ropes Team Leader you will assist in the successful running of the High Ropes site this includes the care of the equipment, managing facilities, health and safety, team performance, customer care and any related administration required. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation as the days duty manager Train and coach instructors, conducting regular performance reviews Ensuring Go Ape participants complete relevant paperwork and comply with company rules and polices.
