Customer Service Administrator Hull city centre £22,500 per annum We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client in central Hull. This role offers a comprehensive training package as well as ongoing development and career opportunities. This is a fast-paced environment so successful candidates will need to be comfortable working in a busy office, whilst also ensuring quality is always there This role is 100% office based during your probation period, before moving to hybrid (2 days per week in the office) after successfully passing probation. The role as a Customer Service Administrator involves: Dealing with managing and processing of remortgaging transactions Processing correspondence received Dealing with calls from clients, borrowers and third parties Working to targets for completions Updating the systems Creating files for customers on the system Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator: Previous experience within a customer service environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Computer literate For this Customer Service Administrator role, we are looking for excellent communication skills, able to work to deadlines and good team player.
