TristoneNash are proud to be working with an ambitious Social Housing provider to assist them with the recruitment of their new Property Operations Director on a permanent basis to oversee their repairs, maintenance and building safety departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of strategic plans and lead their delivery, driving operational improvements that demonstrate value for money, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure full legal compliance with landlord safety requirements.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to solve problems and ensure key metrics are delivered.
* Effectively lead and oversee property health and safety servicing compliance (M&E, Fire, Asbestos, etc.), bringing a detailed understanding of statutory landlord safety and the requirements of the Building Safety Act.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience of working in the Social Housing sector at a senior level is essential, coupled with a proven track record of leading a successful Repairs and maintenance service.
You will ideally have a CIH Level 5 qualification or be willing to work towards this when you join the team.
This role is worked on an agile basis, with the head office being based in Bristol when required to attend.
