Job Specification: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Work closely with students aged 16 with a range of complex needs and other acute SEND Assist students with personal and academic challenges to allow them to thrive Manage challenging behaviours and emotional regulation of students Previous experience dealing with Personal Care, acute SEND and challenging behaviours Ability to time-manage, multi-task and adapt flexibly to changing situations Mon-Fri 8-3.30pm £450-480 per week Interviewing immediately - the successful applicant will start as soon as possible The College is located in Sunderland, with ample parking and excellent transport links for both drivers and non-drivers.
