About the role
As our Head of Aftersales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the aftersales operations team, ensuring exceptional customer service and Dealer satisfaction. You will drive revenue growth through parts and warranty management. This role oversees all Aftersales functions, develops strategic initiatives, and maintains strong relationships with Dealers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Aftersales Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute a strategy to optimize service, warranty, and spare parts operations while driving revenue growth.
Financial & Performance Management: Enhance profitability through cost control, KPI monitoring, and effective budgeting.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Strengthen customer relationships, implement service excellence initiatives, and manage feedback mechanisms.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train the Aftersales team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure regulatory compliance, implement best practices, and optimize operational efficiency.
Experience to succeed
5 years + in senior Aftersales management within an OEM.
Proven success in customer service excellence and revenue growth.
Experience managing Aftersales and spare parts operations.
Effective leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial and financial acumen with a strategic mindset.
