Job Description
* Oversee the customer service team (circa 10 staff) and develop customer service policies and procedures.
* Lead, guide, and train the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Analyse customer feedback and create strategies for improvement.
* Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
* Participate in hiring and training new team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
* Proven experience in customer service management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
* Ability to analyse customer feedback and derive actionable insights.
