About the role:
We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a qualified individual to join our Medical Outpatient team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Respiratory care. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our current Clinical Nurse Specialist, providing vital support to inpatient clinical and allied teams to enhance outcomes for respiratory patients.
Your responsibilities will encompass non-invasive ventilation (NIV) setup and titration for inpatients, as well as facilitating seamless transitions of patient care to community settings. With a focus on innovation and teamwork, you'll have the chance to make meaningful contributions within a supportive environment while also exercising autonomy across various healthcare settings. From hospital-based support to potential expansion into primary and community care, this role offers a diverse and fulfilling professional landscape.

Skills and experience:
1. Minimum five years’ experience in Respiratory Nursing
2. Proficient or Expert PDRP
3. Experience in implementing quality improvement activities
4. A focus and commitment to quality patient care
5. Post Graduate Studies or working toward
