Description and Requirements
The Business Analyst will be responsible for designing, analysing, managing and providing insights and recommendation on a number of reports and dynamic dashboards. The position is responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating and validating data, and conducting business reviews on findings and recommendations. This includes financial planning, pricing, market analysis, budget management, interlock with key stakeholders, process ownership and driving operational efficiency.

* Data analysis & Business Intelligence: Providing insights and recommendations, developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders. Presenting data through PowerPoint slides or dynamic dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders. Managing ongoing or ad hoc custom reporting requirements.
* Market Analysis: Being the local lead for engagement with IDC, EMS, GFK and Context. Liaise with EMEA leads or directly with partners on reporting enhancements, data quality issues and local market intelligence requirements. Generating business analysis into weekly performance, including sell out track, load, and aspiration vs. forecast.
* Financial Quarterly & Yearly planning
* Own business management processes and operations: Being the “champion” on all core systems & processes, consistently look to improve efficiencies in process and digitise where possible.
* Pricing, Promotion & Bid Management: Maintenance, management, price reviews and approval of bids within Lenovo Bid Portal. Lead engagement with local third party providers (e.g. Work IT) ensuring data quality, adherence to contract obligations and SLAs.
* Coach and support: Act as coach for 4P team on data analytics systems
Position Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years in a business planning or commercial finance role
* Strong commercial understanding with P&L management
* Understanding of channel-based sales models
* Experience with technology products, ideally from IT industry
* Good analytical and communication skills
* Advanced level of Microsoft tools: Excel skills including Power query, macro, pivot and data connection functionality, PowerPoint and SharePoint advantageous
* Familiarity with Qlikview, Power BI or similar data dashboard platforms
* Experience of market research data is a plus
* Degree level or equivalent education in a marketing, or business discipline
