Head of Insurance Operations

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for someone to head up the Operations side of the business.
The Role:
* You will be overseeing the day-to-day business operations to optimise operational efficiency.
* Lead organisational change management.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Develop & execute growth strategies.
* Strengthen stakeholder relationships.
* Enhance leadership & team development.
* Drive technological innovation.
* Implement sustainable business practices.
* Ensure adequate administrative & reporting procedures are in place.
* Deliver operational excellence via IT systems.
The Required Skills:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
* Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of FCA and the Insurance Industry.
