Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Contract Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate contract preparation, execution, and renewal processes
2. Maintain accurate contract files and records
3. Communicate contract terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders
4. Assist in basic Financial Submissions
5. Conduct data entry and maintain contract databases
6. Provide clerical support to the contracts department
7. Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Experience
1. Basic understanding of document management
2. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Organisational abilities to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
5. Previous experience in an office administrative role is advantageous
6. Familiarity with computerised systems for contract management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18,558.00-£34,045.78 per year
