The role
In this vital role, you will work closely with clients to help them navigate primary care, mental health and substance misuse services while addressing barriers to independence. Drawing on lived experience, you will build trust and foster understanding, empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.
You will collaborate with local services, promote the advocacy model to stakeholders, and facilitate community-based health and wellbeing sessions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting people towards secure, independent and fulfilled lives.
