Airbus are looking for an Engineer to join our friendly and collaborative Technical Data Landing Gear team of nine based in Filton, UK. The department is responsible for producing and delivering all maintenance manuals and documentation across all aircraft types for our customers, as well supporting them with any issues during the maintenance operations. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Support safety for all aircraft programs and ensure customer satisfaction for the growing in service fleet by fully answering customers maintenance needs Support the safety and the maintainability of all Airbus aircrafts in operations by delivering high quality documentation Meet the ICA (Instruction for Continued Airworthiness) requirements by enabling to deliver 100% of the expected data at Transfer of Title and for each Manufacturer Serial Number delivered by Airbus (EASA regulations) Support on a daily basis any potential in service issue and be proactive in case of Aircraft On Ground and/or questions raised by an airline Answer on time in the Technical request tool to customer queries and relevant data to meet customer maintenance and operational needs Delivery of documentation content (creations and updates) in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, approved schedules, quality standards and within budget objectives ABOUT YOU Knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual and Troubleshooting Manual with experience in altering and proofreading Experience in responding to technical requests from key stakeholders Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, systems and production processes and procedures Not a 100% match?
