Job summary Purpose & Overview of the Role: Patient Care Locally (PCL) is seeking to recruit a Systems and Reporting Officer who will support the delivery of innovative resources, high standard customer service and support skills to the organisation. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to help build the organisations digital capabilities and drive the way the organisation improves operational performance, patient care, and organisational enhancements. This role will be part of a growing Digital Team who focus on providing specialist levels of Information Management and Technology (IM&T), Project Management, Information Governance, Cyber Security and Digital expertise to a range of stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills in managing data, experience of using SystmOne, can create and deliver basic training across our stakeholders as well as someone who has an eye for developing innovation. Within this role there will be elements of cross-working with other Enabling Services teams within the business such as Contracts, Business Intelligence, Business Support, People Practice and Finance as well as querying data with our sub-contract and partner organisations.
