Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join the brilliant HR team with a focus on providing support to the wider business. You will join a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What you will be doing:
* Administering DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and supporting with vetting requirements to ensure that new joiners comply with all IFG safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Preparing letters and contracts accurately in a timely manner and in accordance with required approval processes and RTW & HR Inbox.
* Supporting the HR Business Partners with management of the absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.
What we are looking for:
* Previous HR / Admin experience is essential.
* Self-motivated with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
* Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
* Be a strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
* Uncompromising attention to detail.
* Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable.
