Main duties of the job Dealing with queries relating to HR policies and processes, terms and conditions of service and employment legislation), providing relevant information to customers in a timely manner. To provide support in dealing with queries and escalating complex issues to the Employment Services Officer where appropriate, ensuring a consistent approach throughout the service. Deal with enquiries from managers, staff and colleagues via email, telephone or letter in a professional and timely manner, working under pressure and adhering to strict deadlines. Effective handling of enquiries and requests for information, preparation and distribution of payroll information, maintaining files and documentation.
