This is an exciting, brand-new position, created as part of the wider department strategy, to enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Reporting to the Head of HR, and working alongside a team of 11 HR, payroll and recruitment professionals, you will provide senior-level HR support and partnership to designated business units, whilst leading the development and optimisation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
Your key responsibilities will be wide-ranging across HR business partnership, HRIS analytics and insight, AI and automations development, policy and procedure development, annual process support and project management. These will include:
* Providing strategic and operational HR advice, guidance and coaching expertise to support designated business units
* Leading employee relations, organisational development initiatives and People Leader upskilling
* Building and maintaining strong relationships across the firm to foster a positive work environment and ensure alignment between HR and business strategies
* Supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely HR data management and employee/partner and manager self-service
* Supporting the creation of a data-driven culture by developing analytics capabilities within the HR department and wider business, and promoting data literacy across the HR team
* To create/evolve, maintain and enhance insightful HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics to support and develop our business and people strategy
* Support with the management, development and analytics of our pay and benefits offering, processes and flexible benefits systems
* Exploring and implementing AI and automation solutions to enhance HR operations and analytics
* Collaborating with Digital Services to develop and integrate AI and automation solutions within the HRIS and other HR platforms and processes
* Development, review, and updating HR policies and procedures according to business needs and legal updates
* Lead HRIS and other HR-related projects as assigned, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
What skills, experience and qualities will you bring?
* Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred
* Demonstrable generalist HR experience with a track record of handling employee relations issues, alongside up-to-date employment legislation and professional HR issues
* Experience with HRIS, reporting, and analytics is essential
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player, collaborative in nature with the ability to motivate self and others
* Flexible, resilient, pragmatic and discrete
* Comprehensive MS Office applications knowledge
