SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Tamworth who are looking for an Administrator to join the team Office based Up to £28,000 Private Health Role Summary: We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help to run and support the day-to-day operations and administration of the business. Collaborating closely with various teams within the organisation, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Services. Role responsibilities: - Customer reporting - uploading monthly sales information to customer portals and issuing monthly sales reports. - Customer account administration - setting up new customer accounts and updating customer pricing. - Customer rebates - raising credit notes for approval and sending rebate reports to the sales team. - Fleet administration - dealing with fines, taking records of company vehicle mileage and administration of vehicle checks. - Processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses ready for approval. Skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar position within Administration is essential. - Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems would be advantageous. - Competent with Excel; good working knowledge of basic formulas. - Experience using PowerBI would also be advantageous. - Strong communication skills, a good team player and excellent attention to detail.
