This global leader in their market are recruiting for a temporary to permanent PDI Technician to join their friendly team in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The purpose of the role is to perform mechanical, electrical and aesthetic inspections of machines before being shipped to customers.
You will be:
• Responsible for the daily PDI of machines given to you via tablets or paper based check list,
• Carry out a robust PDI-inspection on all machines from start to finish prior to being despatched.
• You will be fault finding for mechanical and electrical problems,
• Cleaning of paintwork form drill holes, manual use of hand tools
For this role you will need demonstrate:
• Excellent attention to detail and uphold the excellent standards of the company the customer has come to expect.
• Inspection of mechanical components / paintwork
• Use of hand tools
• It literate
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 5.15pm with overtime available.
